Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice and Policy
1. Copyright infringement claims
I respect intellectual property rights and will respond to copyright infringement claims reported to my Designated Copyright Agent. If you believe your work is infringed, provide a written notification with details including your signature, identification of the work and infringing material (with location), your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, and a statement of accuracy and ownership authority.
2. Repeat Infringer Policy
I may, at my discretion and in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights. Account termination for violating this policy can occur at any time based on your actions.
3. Counter-notification procedure
If your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notification to my Designated Copyright Agent. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief of mistake, your contact information, and consent to federal court jurisdiction where your address is located (or where I am located if you are outside the U.S.) and acceptance of service of process from the original notifier.
